Lintel Vantage — Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lintel Standard, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 169 Madison Ave STE 67608, New York, NY 10016 (“Lintel Standard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal data in connection with Lintel Vantage (the “Service”). It applies to visitors to vantage.lintelstandard.com and to Subscribers. For what happens specifically to the answers you submit through your Company Profile, see the Data-Handling Note at vantage.lintelstandard.com/legal/data-handling.
1. What We Collect
We collect two categories of information.
Website visitors. We use Fathom Analytics for aggregate website analytics. Fathom does not use cookies. It processes technical request data, including an IP address and User-Agent, on our behalf to produce privacy-focused aggregate analytics. See Fathom’s published data journey for the current mechanism.
Subscribers. When you subscribe, we collect one business contact email address, taken by Stripe, our payment processor, at checkout; we do not separately store this email beyond what appears in Stripe’s own dashboard. Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, also collects your billing information directly at checkout; Lintel Standard never sees your full card number. Separately, your Company Profile — 19 questions about your company’s jurisdictions, headcount, revenue band, data practices, and AI usage — contains no personal data by design. See the Data-Handling Note for the full mechanism.
2. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share personal data with any third party for that third party’s own marketing purposes.
- We do not use tracking cookies, pixels, or cross-site identifiers.
- We do not use Company Profile data, or any Subscriber data, to train or fine-tune any AI or machine-learning model. Company Profile data is used only to determine which Content routes into that Subscriber’s own Vantage Briefing and Vantage Baseline.
3. Universal Opt-Out Signals (Global Privacy Control)
We honor Global Privacy Control and all universal opt-out signals. In practice, there is currently nothing for these signals to turn off: we set no cookies, sell no personal data, and share no personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We state this affirmatively, rather than leaving it silent, so you don’t have to take our data practices on faith.
4. Your Rights
We extend the CCPA/VCDPA-style rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability to all US residents, not only to residents of states where these rights are currently required by law. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@vantage.lintelstandard.com. We respond within 30 days.
5. Data Retention
Company Profile data is retained for the duration of an active subscription, plus 30 days after cancellation (a reactivation grace window), then deleted.
Billing and payment records are retained by Stripe under Stripe’s own retention policy. That retention period is Stripe’s, not Lintel Standard’s, and is generally driven by tax and accounting recordkeeping requirements that apply to Stripe as a payment processor.
6. Subprocessors
We work with three named subprocessors:
- Stripe — payment processing and billing.
- Fathom Analytics — privacy-focused aggregate site analytics; cookie-free, while processing the technical request data described in Section 1.
- Resend — processes intake-notification content and metadata to deliver Company Profile submissions to our access-controlled intake mailbox.
We name each subprocessor explicitly, rather than describing them by category, because the list is short enough that a category description would tell you less than the names themselves.
7. Children’s Privacy
Lintel Vantage is a business-to-business product. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18.
8. International Scope
Lintel Vantage is a US-only service. It is not directed at residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction outside the United States, and we do not claim compliance with the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or any non-US privacy framework.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. If we make a material change, we will send email notice to the address on file for your account at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
