Lintel Vantage — Data-Handling Note: Your Company Profile

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

Lintel Standard, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 169 Madison Ave STE 67608, New York, NY 10016 (“Lintel Standard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), publishes this note to describe, specifically and completely, what happens to the answers you submit through your Company Profile — the 19-question form at vantage.lintelstandard.com/start. It is not a substitute for our Privacy Policy, which governs our data practices generally; this note covers the Company Profile specifically, because it is the one place you are asked to describe your company in detail, and you should know exactly what happens to it before you type an answer.

1. What the Company Profile Collects

Your Company Profile consists of 19 questions about your company — its jurisdictions of operation, headcount, revenue band, data-handling practices, and AI usage. None of it asks about you as a person. The form has no field where personal data could be typed in, even accidentally: every question is a defined selection from an enumerated set of options, and there is no free-text field anywhere in the form.

Your business contact email is collected separately, by Stripe, at checkout. It is not part of the Company Profile. A copy of that same email (and any name Stripe collected) is used momentarily during submission, to confirm you have a paid subscription and to match your answers to the correct account — never stored as part of the Company Profile record itself. Section 2 describes exactly how.

2. Exactly How a Submission Is Handled

  1. After you complete checkout, Stripe redirects you to vantage.lintelstandard.com/start carrying a reference to that checkout. You submit your Company Profile there.
  2. A serverless function (/api/intake) verifies that reference directly with Stripe: that the checkout is complete, paid, a subscription, and recent. A submission that doesn’t carry a valid, recent, paid checkout reference is rejected before anything else happens — the form does not accept submissions from anyone who hasn’t paid.
  3. The function validates every answer against the same enumerated set of options the form itself presents. Nothing outside those defined options is accepted.
  4. The validated answers are rendered into a structured record — the 19 answers, and nothing else — identified by your Stripe Customer ID rather than a timestamp. That identifier comes from Stripe, not from anything you type into the form, and stays the same even if you cancel and later resubscribe.
  5. Resend delivers that record, together with a separate reference block containing your Stripe Customer ID and the email Stripe collected at checkout, to an access-controlled intake mailbox. That reference block exists solely so the record can be matched to the correct subscriber; it is never combined with, or written into, the record itself. The founder reviews the notification and imports the record — and only the record — into the private Company Profile store described in Section 4.

No analytics event captures the content of your submission, and no application database or generic third-party form product holds it.

3. Who Can See It

Access to the intake mailbox and the private Company Profile store is limited to Lintel Standard’s founder. Resend processes the message content and metadata as the delivery subprocessor described in Section 2; it does not receive access to the private profile store. Stripe verifies that your submission corresponds to a paid subscription (Section 2); it does not receive or see your Company Profile answers.

4. Where It’s Stored, and for How Long

Company Profile data is retained for the duration of an active subscription, plus 30 days after cancellation (a reactivation grace window).

It is stored in a private, access-controlled record, in its own dedicated repository — separate from the codebase that runs the rest of Lintel Vantage — using the same git-based architecture the product runs on generally. Keeping it in a separate, dedicated repository means a deletion never has to touch, or risk disrupting, anything else Lintel Vantage runs on.

At the end of the retention period, or upon a deletion request, we run a tested procedure that removes your record from that repository’s active files and from its entire history — not only the current version, but every version that repository has ever held of it. We separately delete the corresponding notification email from the intake mailbox.

Two copies fall outside that procedure, and we say so plainly rather than implying otherwise. Resend, which delivered the notification email, retains its own copy — message content and metadata alike — for 30 days on the plan our account uses, per Resend’s own published retention terms; that is the same window Resend gives its Pro and Scale plans, not a shorter free-plan allowance. Resend does not offer a way to delete a single sent message’s content before that window elapses; the only earlier path is closing the Resend account itself, which Resend’s own terms commit to purging within 90 days of termination. Separately, any local device backup of the profile repository (for example, a Time Machine snapshot) is pruned on a documented schedule with a maximum age of 90 days — not deleted immediately, but not held indefinitely either.

Both of those are bounded, disclosed windows, not open-ended retention, and both are shorter than most companies’ backup-retention practice.

5. What It’s Never Used For

  • Never sold.
  • Never shared with any third party beyond Resend, which processes intake-notification content and metadata only to deliver the record described in Section 2, and Stripe, which verifies payment status only and never receives your Company Profile answers.
  • Never used to train or fine-tune any AI or machine-learning model.
  • Used only to determine which conditions route into your Vantage Briefing and Vantage Baseline. Items appear in your Vantage Briefing or Vantage Baseline because your Company Profile indicates a matching condition. This is relevance-routing, not a determination of applicability.

6. Requesting a Correction

Email privacy@vantage.lintelstandard.com. There is no self-serve account portal, so a correction request goes through that inbox directly. See our Privacy Policy, Section 4, for the full description of your rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data.
